How Diet

how long will this diet take to start seeing a difference?
im having breakfast- green tea and then porridge or 2 eggs
morning snack- apple and pear
lunch- veggies with chicken and salad
afternoon snack- half a banana and orange
dinner- eggs with veggies or roasted chicken with veggies or sometimes soup
im drinking 1.5 liters of water a day and im doing 45 minutes of my excercize dvd every morning and brisk walking/running for an hour everyday and i rest on sundays
the dvd consists of 3 ten minute aerobic workouts and then 15 minutes of excersize like lunges crunches sit pushups and leg workouts etc
so how long will this take? im 15, 5 ft 2 and i weigh 9 stones which is 126lbs

Eggs will help muscle development, However if your diet proves in ineffective after a few months cut down on the eggs as your eating a lot of them.
It should only take a few weeks to start noticing a difference. You should judge how your diet is working by your body not just your weight, Your weight can be deceiving when building muscle. For example you might be visibly skinnier and drop a few pants sizes but your weight might still remain the same so use your weight as a guide but don’t use it as the only way your measuring your progress.

To its benefit, Fugazi made some changes, employing more herk-a-jerk rhythms and dub influences, and changing up the lyrical focus. Actually, the lyrics get a bit vague — bordering on equivocality at times — which has its advantages and disadvantages. With Steady Diet, Fugazi get more economical and less forceful. Though not nearly as neck-gnawing as Repeater, Steady Diet still packs a sizable wallop, but with slower tempos and less deliberate instrumentation. As always, a poison-tipped dart is pointed at the government, media, and major entertainment outlets. Ian MacKaye’s “destroy your television” rant on “Polish” is one of the more direct and simple songs. His “KYEO” comes straight from the rice paddy or homefront, depending on interpretation. It urges the listener to always remain aware, whether awaiting the enemy’s next battle move or remaining blissfully unaware of how people can be taken advantage of by others. As with the rest of the band’s catalog, lyrics are provided in the booklet. This makes things much easier on the intent listener, as both Picciotto and MacKaye have weird voices that become unintelligible when howled over their instrumental din.
